Feedback is one of the most important measurements in the hospitality industry. In 2025 alone, our two Bismarck hotels gathered more than five hundred Google reviews combined. Behind those numbers are hundreds of voices and stories that share their experience, good and bad.
Guest reviews and surveys aren’t just a measure of performance, but also a tool for growth. Both Bismarck properties have embraced this, proving that listening and learning from guests is at the heart of our success.
Both hotels set the standard for the entire market, sitting at the very top of Tripadvisor’s rankings of “Best Value” in Bismarck at the time of writing. In addition, the EverSpring Suites sits as the number one ranked hotel on the review site in the entire state.

And that’s not all, earlier this year, the EverSpring Suites was awarded the Tripadvisor Travelers’ Choice Award, placing it among the top 10% of hotels worldwide. It joins the ranks alongside the EverSpring Inn & Suites Hill City, a seasonal hotel that brings guests in for the proximity to all the Black Hills have to offer and wins them over with its well appointed amenities.
