2. Edmondson Park
Oskaloosa’s largest city park sits on 60 acres of beautifully manicured land and is packed full of various activities for anyone visiting Oskaloosa.
Dive into this public pool that’s open 6-days-a-week from 1:00pm to 7:00pm, Memorial Day to Mid-August.
Or if you’re not in the mood to swim, go take a swing at the 27-hole golf course at the Harvest Point and Edmundson Golf Courses.
Other amenities include a recreation trail, 1.5-acre fishing pond, 18-hole disc golf course, a dog park, and a children’s playground.

3. No Coast Brewery
Beer over Everything! That’s the motto at No Coast Brewery.
Founded in 2015, the brewery has been an Oskaloosa staple for over five years. A 10-minute jaunt through Oskaloosa from the EverSpring Inn and you’re there!
The brewery is all about sharing good beer with good people.

4. The Ally
This place is a must-see. It is a truly unique experience to Oskaloosa with a pretty cool story.
When the Oskaloosa community came together and wanted to better utilize and revitalize part of the Main Street District, the Ally was born.
It’s exactly what its name is— an ally. But now it is known as the ‘shining jewel’ of Main Street. In the Ally you are invited to come sit, enjoy, and relax.
Come listen to live music or grab a bite to ear from a local restaurant. This attraction offers something for everyone.
Check out their Facebook page for a schedule of events. A slick little 5-minute drive from the EverSpring Inn, this gives you a chance to explore Downtown Oskaloosa while not being too far from “home base” (your hotel room at the EverSpring).
Throughout the town of Oskaloosa, you can find various sculptures done by local artists.
Ten local artists are chosen to display their sculptures around Oskaloosa as a way to promote and celebrate the arts in Mahaska County.
Artwork is chosen and then installed in late May and is displayed for the year.
This is a fun way to really explore this quaint little town in Iowa and all that it has to offer.
